The project I started last week has been growing slowly but steadily. Still no title yet, but I'm in no hurry to give it any sense of definition beyond each new shape I graft onto it.

I started a new project yesterday. This is my first time back on the bristol after about a year of baseball cards, sketchbooks, and random surfaces. No title yet, and no idea what this piece will end up looking like when it's complete.

Fucking In Memorium

I post this image of a piece I was working on as a dedication to its memory. Sadly, the recent rains have claimed it as a casualty, for apparently reality wanted to teach me how waterproof my backpack truly isn't.

It was to be called Fucking.

This is how it looked in December, forever young.

The Gem Mine - a work in progress!

This is a piece I've had on my backburner for the past few months, which is about to get bumped up a couple levels. It is my tribute to Dr. Seuss - specifically as an homage to his piece Minor Cat Miner In A High Yield Emerald Mine (which can be found in the book, The Secret Art of Dr. Seuss. So far I haven't found a good image of it online.) This preview is a quick shot from a webcam - I'm excited for when this piece will be ready for more proper presentation.

I have some plans in store for this.
