New show at Sonoma Coffee Cafe!

I have thirteen new pieces that will be on display at downtown Berkeley's Sonoma Coffee Cafe, an awesome, chill coffee shop located at 2131 Durant Ave, at the intersection with Fulton. My show goes up this coming Saturday, May 1st, and will be there until June 30th.

Artist reception will be held on Saturday, May 15th from 6-8pm. Come enjoy coffee and wine!

A peek at some of the pieces in this show:

Also, my piece Expanding Ecosystem is on display at Expressions Gallery's current exhibition, Think Green 2, until June 4th! Come see it along with the art of several other artists, banded together with messages about our environment in peril.

Treasures of February

February was very good to me!

While I finished the spiral that I teased about earlier, I won't be showing it off until it is in the hands of its commissioner next week. In the meantime, I present two pieces I made in between my spiral sessions.

Waiting for the Bus (pictured,) the first entry in my new travelsize sketchbook.

Fling, a somewhat retroscopic piece I made when I hit a block in the spiral.

Check back soon for the completed spiral!
